I’m distributing Rayhunters for free in order to help activists be aware of when law enforcement is intercepting cell phones at political assemblies. I tend to hit up all three areas on a semi-regular basis and could hand off a Rayhunter to you the next time I’m around your respective area. All I ask is that you alert me when the Rayhunter detects a cell site simulator and send me the packet capture saved on the device.
